What is a lighting plan?
A lighting plan is a design that sets out, room by room, which lighting goes where, with which lighting groups and which controls. It gives you enough light with the right atmosphere, function and contrast.
How does a project with Contrast Lighting work?
It starts with an intake and a showroom appointment, followed by a lighting plan and a quote. Once you approve, we take care of the order, the delivery and the technical specifications for your electrician.
Which brands do you work with?
We are an official dealer of Modular, Flos, Vibia, Prado and Nila, among others, and for home automation and lighting control also of Basalte, Gira, Jung, Busch-Jaeger, Niko and Philips Hue.
What kind of projects do you work on?
We provide lighting plans and lighting for homes, new builds, renovations, offices, shops and commercial projects, both indoors and outdoors.
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes, you can book a personal appointment at our showroom at Rivium Westlaan 52 in Capelle aan den IJssel. During the appointment we discuss your project and you can experience the lighting in person.
Do you also work with smart lighting control and home automation?
Yes. We integrate lighting control, scenes and home automation, from Philips Hue to professional KNX and DALI systems by Basalte, Gira, Jung and Busch-Jaeger, so lighting and atmosphere are easy to control and automate.
Which region do you work in?
Our showroom is in Capelle aan den IJssel, in the Rotterdam region (South Holland). We work throughout the Netherlands.
