who we are

Contrast Lighting is responsible for the data you share with us through this website. Our contact details are at the bottom of every page.

contact form

When you fill in the contact form, your message reaches us as an email at studio@contrast.lighting. The website itself stores nothing: there is no database and no archive of submissions. The email is sent through Resend. That service processes your data outside our website in order to deliver it.

We use your name, email address, phone number and message only to respond to your question or project. We keep your email for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry. If it leads to a commission, we follow the statutory retention periods for our records.

spam protection

To keep out spam, the form is checked through Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes data for this outside our website in order to provide that service.

analytics and cookies

This website sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. We do not store any personal data ourselves. That is also why you see no cookie notice here.

your rights

You can always ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email studio@contrast.lighting to do so. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
